Galway Bohemians welcomed Kilshanvey Utd to Miller's Lane on a mild bank holiday Monday evening.
Bohs started well and Ross Mongan's pressure on the Kilshanvey goal keeper produced the first goal,. It was an even first half and mid way through Kilshanvey levelled. Just before half time Ross Mongan scored again from a corner kick.
Bohs started brightly in the 2nd half and Ronan De Lappe scored a screamer from out the field. Shan Cooney added another to make it 4-1. Kilshanvey never gave up and with 15 minutes to go scored from the penalty spot. They grabbed a 3rd goal in the dying minutes to leave a nervy finish.
Bohs battled to the end and the game finished 4-3. A game that was played in great spirit which saw Bohs through to the next round ⚽🔴⚪⚽
